LOCAL PICKUP

• Pickup from our workshop in Jaffa, Israel.

• Orders are usually ready within 1-4 business days.

• An email with instructions will be sent once your order is ready for pickup.

 

SHIPPING WITHIN ISRAEL

• We offer a 40 NIS flat rate for any order within Israel.

• Delivery normally take 4-7 business days.

• Arrives at your doorstep.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Express shipping - we offer a ~$60 flat rate for any order outside Israel, delivery normally takes 5-8 business days, arrives at your doorstep.

• Standard shipping - we offer a ~$30 flat rate for any order outside Israel, delivery takes up to 30 business days, arrives at your local post office.

• Once we have dispatched your order, you will be sent a shipping reference or tracking number so you can follow the delivery of your item. If you believe your order has shipped and you didn't receive this email from us, please don't hesitate to contact us.

• Please note - Tamara Anna Efrat is not responsible for any incurred import duties and taxes (including VAT)​.
