We have a 14-day return policy - no questions asked, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, excluding customised or discounted items. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We offer a 40 NIS flat rate for any order within Israel.

Delivery normally take 4-7 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Express shipping - we offer a ~$60 flat rate for any order outside Israel, delivery normally takes 5-8 business days, arrives at your doorstep.

Standard shipping - we offer a ~$30 flat rate for any order outside Israel, delivery takes up to 30 business days, arrives at your local post office.
